“看见·昆虫折扇”是【看见民生】2015年推出的昆虫美学系列纸品，昆虫图案由水墨名家边平山独家授权，以夏季鸣虫象征生生不息的野趣和自由情怀。【看见民生】今夏倡导中国昆虫美学，传递“为人而作，为人而用”的立意初衷。
“看见·昆虫折扇”一式三款，扇型儒雅，工艺细致，由苏州扇坊手工制作完成。其选用手工宣纸扇面，双面呈现的水墨昆虫图案意趣盎然。手工打磨的扇柄取材安徽５年以上竹龄的玉竹头青制作，温润剔透，素雅简洁。小骨平整均匀，大骨流畅细腻，持续把玩更会形成天然包浆。
一把扇子，无上清凉。“看见·昆虫折扇”从中国传统材质手艺出发，融入当代设计理念与中式美学内涵，是夏季实用良品的上乘之选。
“KANJIAN•Insect-patterned Folding Fan” is one of the paper designs that have illustrated the aesthetics of insects, launched by “KANJIAN•Life” in 2015. The pattern of the insect is exclusively authorized by Chinese ink painter, Bian Ping-shan, and has created symbols for the circle of life and the charm of freedom via the chirps in summer. The design has demonstrated the concept of “created for people” advocated by “KANJIAN•Life”.
“KANJIAN•Insect-patterned Folding Fan”(4 types) has demonstrated elegant style and exquisite crafts, which is hand-made by Suzhou fan workshop. The inking insect patterns stand vividly revealed on the both sides of the rice paper. The hand-polished handle is made by first-class jade bamboo, simple but elegant. The small bones of the fan are even and graceful, while the side bones are smoothing and delicate. Constant appreciation and play will help form a natural patina.
